LESSAY HAMS, TRADITIONAL LOCAL CUISINE OF THE COTENTIN REGION
Since 2010 Lessay Hams have been serving a wide range of products made in the Manche region to those who enjoy Normandy’s local produce. The shop is located in the town of Lessay itself, and offers all the products you could wish for in terms of smoked ham, traditional charcuterie and other local gourmet products that you should try, such as terrines and the ciders and Calvados that go with these dishes as well as cookies, honey and milk jams.
The store Lessay Hams is based on know-how and tradition firmly rooted in the country, and also presents the genuine Andouille de Vire, which is handmade and smoked in authentic local smoking rooms!
For special occasions, as a gift or for pleasure, we can make generous and authentic gourmet gift boxes that give local produce a special place, at your request.
