TASTE NORMAN CIDER FROM THE CIDER COMPANY THEO CAPELLE
In the Hague, in Sotteville, in the middle of a field of juicy apples, the Théo Capelle Cider House is an exceptional farm that produces local products from the Cotentin region.
Whether you only want to taste excellent fresh apple juice or sparkling Norman ciders, or if you would like to discover the secrets of making cider, this tourist visit is a delight, especially because of its bucolic setting.
With its colorful shades of green apple blossom, the Théo Capelle Cider Factory invites you to discover this craft by watching a film retracing the different stages of work required to produce many products. Then you will visit the facilities and understand how the presses, basins and maturation cellars work.
Finally, once you know how to make cider, calvados and other unique and original products, taste them directly in the shop and leave with the flavor of Normandy on your taste buds.
